We met via a random call in inquiry to the office on a property two years ago, and Kathryn is who we were lucky enough to get... and we are so glad we did! I was selling my home in San Diego and purchasing a new build home in Delta. Heidi was able to coordinate the closing of my new home with the closing of escrow of my home in San Diego. When you look for Real Estate in a new community you kinda go in blind. Like Forest Gump’s box-of-chocolates, you never know. Well, we pulled up huge. Kathryn listened, sent us out to look and once we had picked a place, helped us through the process of buying a very nice house in Montrose. But, the story was just getting started. Our move was from two-days-away. Kathryn helped us through all the electronic documents and signatures. She even recommended a local agent to help us sell our old house. As the final closing documents were being prepared, Kathryn noticed an error that was not in our favor. She doggedly pursued the resolution that others had overlooked (including myself). Saved us a bunch of money. The story continues. With the current truck driver shortage, we reluctantly rented a U-Haul and moved ourselves. We’re too old to be doing this. We arrived tired, signed the documents that had to be re-issued with the corrections and returned to the loaded truck to begin the process that would have taken my wife and I at least two days to accomplish on our own. Kathryn’s husband greeted us in his “most comfortable work clothes” and the four of us unloaded and returned the truck in record time. Talk about a greeting to a new community, we were overwhelmed. Thank you, Kathryn. Your willingness to go over and above what is required to get the job done is impressive.

We thought it would take several months to sell and lo and behold we had a contract in less than 72 hours and closed in three weeks. Was hectic but good. Heidi stuck with me all the way helping with anything and everything and I really appreciated everything she did. Couldn’t have asked for more. She did an excellent job and I’d certainly recommend her to sell anyone’s house!
